  • Assist in ensuring corporate governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage company documentation, registers, and records to maintain statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and Committee Meetings by preparing agendas and drafting minutes.
  • Provide expert advice on corporate governance matters and regulatory changes to management and the board.
  • Filing necessary returns, forms, and documents with regulatory authorities.
  • Act as a liaison between regulators, auditors, stakeholders, and legal advisors.
  • Oversee secretarial audits, due diligence, and compliance reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Offer strategic support to leadership in decision-making with respect to governance and risk management.
  • Ensure safeguarding of company interests by maintaining transparency and accountability in compliance matters.

Required Skills

">
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and corporate governance practices.
  • Proficiency in handling board processes, drafting minutes, and managing secretarial records.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance filings with MCA, ROC, SEBI, RBI, and other statutory authorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for handling complex governance and compliance issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with directors, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and compliance management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements

  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with valid membership number.
  • 4-8 years of relevant professional experience in corporate secretarial roles.
