UKG System Migration Lead

This role requires an experienced professional to lead and manage system migrations from Workforce Central to Dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage UKG migration projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and business units.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
  • Drive project governance and stakeholder communication.

System Configuration & Integration:

  • Configure UKG Workforce Central and Dimensions modules.
  • Transform legacy data to Dimensions.
  • Validate system setup through testing and client walkthroughs.

Integration & Reporting:

  • Lead integration efforts between UKG and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows.
  • Support development of operational and compliance reports.

Team Leadership & Innovation:

  • Mentor a team of analysts, consultants, and testers.
  • Promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Central and/or Dimensions.
  • Proven track record in leading UKG migration projects.
  • Hands-on experience in Time and Attendance configuration.
  • Expertise in Boomi integration and data transformation.
  • Working knowledge of BIRT reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently in complex environments.
