As part of our rapidly growing team across regions, you will:

  • Design and develop user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking applications, and web applications.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participate actively in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Analyze complex design problems and break them down into actionable chunks, solving them with clarity and precision.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest standards, changes, and trends in mobile design.
  • Create graphic design assets such as website banners, event booth designs, marketing brochures, and corporate branding materials.
Requirements

We value candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Prior experience in banking is an asset
  • Experience designing web/mobile applications
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum environments
  • Strong understanding of Apple's human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS
  • Excellent graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral
  • Superb communication and analytical skills
