Job Title: Layout Design Senior Staff Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Layout Design Senior Staff Engineer to lead the development of high-speed digital and analog mixed-signal DDR/HBM IP layout.

  • Responsibilities include managing technical aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deep submicron effects and mitigation, advanced tool usage, and floorplanning techniques.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced understanding of CMOS and FinFET layouts and process technology in 28nm and smaller.
  • Good understanding of ESD and latchup layout design considerations, familiarity with ASIC physical design flow, and scripting skills for layout automation.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the layout design team, providing subject matter expertise and technical leadership in High Speed design such as DDR/HBM.

Additional Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to foster accountability and ownership through hands-on technical leadership, and have experience working with local teams and globally distributed teams.
