AI Innovation Leader

Job Overview:

We seek an experienced AI professional to spearhead our artificial intelligence initiatives across various domains. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts to drive implementation of advanced solutions.

This role requires a unique blend of domain expertise, technical proficiency, and strategic leadership. You will work collaboratively to identify high-impact opportunities for AI, develop and execute the AI roadmap, and ensure business alignment and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Strategy & Roadmap:
    • Develop and execute the AI roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals.
    • Identify key business problems that can be solved with AI and prioritize use cases.
    • Lead feasibility assessments, pilot programs, and full-scale deployments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with senior executives, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI opportunities.
    • Evangelize AI capabilities and educate non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Leadership:
    • Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and analysts.
    • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects-from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
    • Ensure ethical, transparent, and regulatory-compliant AI implementation.
  • Technical Oversight:
    • Provide guidance on data strategy, model selection, architecture, and performance optimization.
    • Review code, pipelines, and model performance to ensure quality and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, including 1+ years in a leadership role is preferred.

Proven experience in applying AI within a specific vertical (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail, logistics) is highly valued.

Strong technical understanding of ML, NLP, computer vision, LLMs, and data engineering principles is necessary.

Experience with AI/ML tools and platforms (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS/GCP/Azure AI services) is beneficial.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial.
