Key Product Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating customer success by providing technical expertise and knowledge that helps customers achieve business outcomes with PTC Software.

Your Impact

This role exists to make a significant difference in our customers' businesses by delivering exceptional support services and expert-level knowledge of CAD applications integrating with Windchill PLM and Visualization services.

Your Team

You will be part of a highly experienced and energetic Windchill support team located in India, supporting customers across Asia and Worldwide during India business hours.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Provide support services to assist customers and field staff with the configuration and troubleshooting of CAD applications integrated with Windchill PLM and Visualization services.
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of CAD applications integrating with Windchill PLM and Visualization services.
  • Create software configurations, duplicate issues, troubleshoot, investigate technical problems, and track resolutions in collaboration with other departments.
  • Ensure continuous knowledge transfer and customer self-help by documenting developed solutions aligned with KCS best practices.
Must-Have Skills
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (B.E) in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Experience in troubleshooting/supporting issues related to Windchill/PLM interaction with CAD and/or Client-Server architecture.
  • Knowledge in Java and Database is a must.
  • Unix/Windows user level with basic administration knowledge and Basic Networking is a plus.
