Director of Enterprise Infrastructure Services

We are seeking an experienced enterprise infrastructure leader with 20+ years of expertise to drive and scale our technology backbone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performance IT team of 25+ members, focusing on collaboration and strategic planning.
  • Oversee Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, virtualization, and cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Implement robust security measures, including ISO 27001 and ISMS compliance, BCP/DR best practices, and AI-driven threat detection.
  • Manage IT assets, procurement processes, and public tendering initiatives, guaranteeing cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Protect systems, applications, and data from cyber threats through advanced threat intelligence and mitigation strategies.
  • Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning for infrastructure automation, operational excellence, and enhanced decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 20-22 years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership, with a strong track record of innovation and success.
  • Excellent hands-on and leadership mix (30% IC + 70% leadership), with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in secure production and non-production environment setup, with a focus on scalability and flexibility.
