Job Title: Marketing Lead
Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to lead offline marketing initiatives for our centers in Durgapur.Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive Student Acquisition: Develop and execute effective strategies to attract students to our centers.
  • Plan and Manage ATL Activities: Organize above-the-line marketing campaigns, including hoardings, radio ads, and newspaper promotions.
  • Execute BTL Campaigns: Plan and manage below-the-line activities, such as pamphlet distribution, kiosk setups, and street activations.
  • Organize Seminars and Workshops: Coordinate educational events in local schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
  • Collaborate with Academic Teams: Work closely with academic staff to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Track Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign results to optimize future marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Marketing or Business Administration degree; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in executing ATL & BTL campaigns and educational seminars. Strong network in the education sector.
