Job Title: Strategic Financial Planning Specialist

This role will drive the financial planning, forecasting, and analytical processes for the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, deep analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support decision-making.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Providing insights into variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends.
  • Planning CAPEX investment for the organization and tracking.
  • Performing detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Analyzing business performance metrics, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
  • Developing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and highlight areas requiring attention.

The successful candidate will have a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, preferably in a multinational corporation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Ind AS, IGAAP, and US GAAP.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
