Our organization is currently seeking a seasoned expert to fill the role of Senior Planning Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of strategic planning initiatives, driving innovation in financial forecasting and budgeting processes. As a key member of our team, you will partner with stakeholders to align planning solutions with business objectives and ensure seamless execution across multiple domains.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive planning strategies, leveraging expertise in data-driven modeling and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop solutions, and drive project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance models, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 7+ years in Oracle EPM/Hyperion.
  • Proven track record of success in driving planning initiatives, with expertise in Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount Planning, and Long-Range Strategic Planning.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning cycles, including annual operating plan (AOP), rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly forecast processes.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with ability to exercise sound judgment and influence senior stakeholders.
