Senior User Researcher Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior User Researcher to join our team. As a key member of the user research team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of software and web-based products.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, with a strong background in conducting user research within a UX team.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to synthesize and communicate research findings, define success metrics, and apply research insights to drive product innovation.
  • You will leverage your expertise in research methodologies, human factors, and statistics to inform product and service design in an iterative development environment.
  • Experience working in the hospitality industry is desirable but not required.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related field, such as User Experience, Design, Research, Business, or a related field.

A minimum of 4-19 years of experience conducting user research within a UX team for software/web-based products is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to inform product design and development.
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

Requirements:
