Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ETL developer to lead our data integration team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter and Cloud Data Integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement best practices for ETL design and development.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define ETL solutions and data integration strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration with on-premises and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards and validation processes.
  • Implement data governance and compliance policies to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of ETL developers.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of projects and milestones.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in ETL development and data integration, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
  • Proven experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud Data Integration, and large-scale ETL implementations.
  • Experience in integrating data from various sources such as databases, flat files, and APIs.
  • Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, and ETL frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX shell scripting and performance optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with big data tools such as Hive, Spark, or Snowflake is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and relational database systems.
