Are you passionate about extracting valuable insights from data to drive business decisions?

We are seeking an experienced Data and Insights Analyst to join our analytics division.

  • As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to identify business challenges and develop innovative solutions using the latest Analytics techniques.
  • You will also be responsible for building world-class solutions, conquering complex business problems, and addressing technical challenges using cutting-edge tools and technologies.
  • Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Data Science and Advanced Analytics delivery teams, with strong statistical programming skills and expertise in working with large data sets.
  • Solid knowledge in multivariate statistics, reliability models, markov models, stochastic models, classification, regression, clustering, and ensemble modeling is required.

Additionally, you will have experience working with at least one of the following business domains: supply chain, marketing analytics, customer analytics, digital marketing, or e-commerce.

As a collaborative team player, you will be able to work effectively in a global environment and communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics and business intelligence
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferably in computer science, analytics, statistics, or related field
  • Proven experience in the IT services industry or managed services provider environment

Technical Expertise

  • Extensive experience in data science and advanced analytics delivery teams
  • Strong statistical programming experience - SQL, Python
  • Experience working with large data sets and big data tools like GCP (BigQuery, VertexAI), AWS, MS Azure etc.
  • Expertise in at least one of the following: multivariate statistics, reliability models, markov models, stochastic models, classification, regression, clustering, or ensemble modeling
Industry Knowledge

Understanding of ITIL and IT service management frameworks, experience with service desk metrics and KPIs, knowledge of data center and network management analytics, familiarity with cybersecurity analytics and reporting are all beneficial.
