We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Practice Lead to fill this pivotal role. The ideal candidate will be an expert in test automation with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation Strategy & Leadership: Develop scalable automation frameworks for both web and API testing using Selenium and Cucumber.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Collaborate with development, product, and other QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Optimization & Improvement: Review and optimize existing test scripts to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Selenium and Cucumber.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and the integration of automation tests.
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
