
Construction Chemicals Sales Expert

As a construction sales professional, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our construction chemical products through project sales. Your key objectives will include generating revenue, identifying and developing relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, and contributing to the company's growth objectives.
To achieve these objectives, you will work closely with consultants and architects to get our products specified in tender documents and ensure product approvals for projects at the design and execution stage. You will also track ongoing and upcoming projects through market intelligence, visits, and networking, and manage key accounts by providing technical and commercial support.
In addition, you will provide product presentations and technical demonstrations to stakeholders, support project execution teams by resolving site-related queries, and prepare and submit commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals. You will also conduct regular market mapping and competitor analysis, participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking events to promote our products, and provide market feedback to our product and marketing teams for new developments.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil (preferred), as well as 5-12 years of project sales experience in construction chemicals, building materials, cement, paints, or allied industries. Your skills and qualifications should align with the following:
