  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Development Project Lead to lead a major business project with a strong mix of technical expertise and leadership skills to manage a team working on product development.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in full stack web development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and any server-side language (such as Lua, Python, Ruby, or similar)
  • Experience with popular JavaScript MVC frameworks like Ext JS, Angular, React, etc.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, SQLite, Redis, etc.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members while fostering collaboration, guiding the team in resolving technical challenges, contributing to design discussions, and participating in code reviews.
  • Awareness of design principles, performance parameters like memory/CPU utilization.
  • Experience collaborating with various stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including UX design, Quality Assurance, Cybersecurity, technical documentation, and third-party suppliers.
  • Assisting the development team in clarifying requirements and bridging the gap between technical and business perspectives.
  • Experience in creating, maintaining, and prioritizing product backlog items in JIRA to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, enabling effective sprint planning, execution, and retrospective processes.
  • Capability of overall project planning, including setting timelines, defining deliverables, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to report project status, address roadblocks, and facilitate discussions with team members and key stakeholders.
