Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop an enterprise-wide cyber security strategy to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
2. Conduct risk assessments, analyze business strategies, and identify potential security risks.
3. Provide expert advice on security technologies, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA).
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement security controls, procedures, and policies.
5. Develop and maintain information security risk registers and support audits and compliance activities.
6. Train employees on security best practices, awareness, and incident response.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies (e.g., Firewalls, IPS, SIEM, WAF, Endpoint).
- Expertise in systems thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making in complex environments.
- Certification in Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cloud Architect Certification from AWS and Azure, or TOGAF/SABSA.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
