Our company has grown from a CRM implementation shop into a full-scale revenue consultancy. We're looking for an Outbound Specialist to help us scale our sales engine through world-class outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop outbound campaign plans aligned with business goals and ideal customer profile
- Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns
- Design and execute A/B tests for messaging, targeting, and cadence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs and feedback
- Build dashboards and reports to analyze performance metrics and scale successful tactics
- Coach and guide team members on outbound best practices
Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset with 1-3 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation
- Proficiency with CRM and outbound automation tools
- Solid understanding of sales funnel metrics and KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
