Job Overview

Lead a team of seasoned professionals in our solar module manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design efficient processes across all solar module manufacturing plants.
  • Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Establish and monitor process parameters for all production stages, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to align production processes with technological advancements.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to implement best practices and ensure competitiveness.
  • Minimize output loss and yield loss through process interventions.
  • Conduct SPC and process capability analysis to drive quality improvements.
  • Reduce manual dependencies and focus on digital interventions and overall process improvements.
  • Evaluate plant performance output, wastages, and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver on Kaizen and lean sigma initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with senior management, contractors, material suppliers, OEMs, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 12-20 years of experience in solar PV module manufacturing.
