We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Product Reliability Team. As a technical lead, you will drive innovation, increase platform stability and create operational excellence within a development team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving innovation and increasing platform stability
  • Creating operational excellence from within a development team
  • Building a team from the ground up and making a genuine impact on operational excellence
  • Applying SRE core tenets of measurement, eliminating toil and reliability modeling
  • Enabling and educating development teams on industry best practice design patterns and operational knowledge
  • Developing and architecting solutions to infrastructure and operational aspects of new products and feature sets

You will also be responsible for contributing to improving our global systems performance and stability.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • A strong technical background with current capabilities and willingness to get hands-on when needed
  • Excellent knowledge of Linux and scripting languages (Bash Python Golang)
  • Excellent knowledge of cloud and on-premise systems administration principles
  • End-user experience with CI/CD Systems (Jenkins ArgoCD)
  • Significant understanding of DevOps principles
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with logging and monitoring tooling (Datadog Coralogix Grafana Prometheus)
  • Good knowledge of web-scale networking (Routing protocols DNS)
