Drive Data Science Initiatives

As a Data Science Lead at Albatronix Consulting, you will be responsible for driving our data science initiatives, leading a team of talented data scientists, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and deliver solutions that enhance our business operations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain data accuracy and freshness for major products of the company.
  • Build data visualization dashboards to help derive insights for the business teams and improve overall monitoring and efficiency of the teams.
  • Lead a team of data scientists, providing mentorship, coaching, and technical guidance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data science projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical standards in data science practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in programming languages, machine learning, data manipulation, and visualization.
  • Understanding of data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, etc., and data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, etc.
  • Proficient in programming languages like Python or R, expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with tools and libraries for data manipulation and analysis, such as Pandas, NumPy, or SQL for database querying.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
