We are seeking a Data Science Innovator who can leverage healthcare data to build algorithms that personalize treatments based on patient clinical and behavioral history.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the development of various AI initiatives to improve patient health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and customers to understand pain-points and build large-scale solutions.
  • Define technical architecture to productize machine-learning algorithms and take them to market through partnerships.
  • Break down complex business problems into machine learning problems and design solution workflows.
  • Work with the data platform and applications team to integrate data science capability or algorithms in their product/workflows.
  • Develop tools for repeatable data tasks to accelerate and automate the development cycle.
  • Define and execute on the quarterly roadmap.

Qualifications

  • Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant fields (PhD Preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in Data Science (healthcare experience a plus).
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in Python, building enterprise applications, and optimization techniques.
  • Deep learning techniques to build NLP/Computer vision models and state-of-the-art GenAI pipelines.
  • Deploying deep learning models in production at scale with interactive improvements.
  • Keen interest in research and staying updated with key advancements in AI and ML.
  • Deep understanding of classical ML techniques and building training and evaluation pipelines.
  • Experience with global and local model explainability using LIME, SHAP, and associated techniques.
  • ML platform experience, including Databricks, Azure ML, and Sagemaker.
  • Developing and deploying production-ready models.
  • Knowledge of implementing an MLOps framework.
  • Customer-focused attitude through conversations and documentation.
