The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of government procurement processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to craft compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals.
Key Responsibilities:- Bid Management: Lead the analysis of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, and develop strategic responses.
- Proposal Development: Write, edit, and organize proposal content, ensuring alignment with solicitation requirements, compliance, and evaluation criteria.
- RFP Analysis & Compliance: Review government solicitations to understand submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and contractual obligations.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, technical, legal, and contracts teams, to gather relevant proposal content.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field, and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in bidding, proposal writing, and RFP submissions for US Federal and State projects. Industry knowledge of government procurement processes (FAR, DFARS, GSA schedules, IDIQ, GWACs, BPAs) and state/local bidding requirements is essential.
