EHS Professional

SAP EHS Experts drive the implementation of SAP EHS solutions in large-scale industrial projects. These individuals possess a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, enabling them to navigate complex project environments with ease.

Their primary responsibility is to manage the rollout of SAP EHS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. To achieve this, they employ a project management approach, coupled with a technical strategy that balances scope, time, and resources.

In addition to managing project transformation steps, including demand collection, requirements definition, and cutover planning, these experts also contribute to the strategic development of the EHS Domain. This involves participating in annual 5-year plans, defining architecture concepts, and assessing project progress against established goals.

Furthermore, SAP EHS Experts play a crucial role in managing ongoing activities, such as incident management and progressive maintenance. They must do so in compliance with IT General Compliance rules and Sox regulations applicable within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation/roll out of SAP EHS solution in large-scale industrial projects using Project Management and Technical Approach.
• Responsible for success of transformation steps of projects in charge, including initial demand collection, books of requirements, Request For Proposal, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, project committees, steering committees, subcontractors' management etc.
• Contribute to the strategy of the EHS Domain, participate each year in the 5 years plan including architecture concepts and assess that the transformations handled are in phase with the current strategy.
• Manage a part of run and maintain activity, contributing to incidents management and the progressive maintenance management in the domain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or any Master's Degree
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in similar position
• Experience/knowledge of general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage
• SAP customizing in SAP EHS module
• ABAP skills are a plus, being able to understand and resolve issues, debugging skills
• Deep Business Processes knowledge of Health and Safety activity, business experience in the area is a plus: Business Process Modelling
• Good ability to communicate at various levels, ability to train other people, synthesis spirit, autonomous
