Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Test Engineer with strong expertise in both manual functional testing and automation testing.

  • 7–9 years of software testing experience
  • Hybrid testing expertise with strong skills in both manual and automation testing
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Selenium with Python
  • Solid understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
  • Experience in testing web and desktop applications (desktop testing is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and defect tracking tools
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Some additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:

  • Exposure to desktop application testing
  • Knowledge of other automation tools/frameworks (PyTest, Robot Framework, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of API testing
