Microsoft 365 Platform Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft 365 platform expert to spearhead the development, automation, and governance of our enterprise-grade platform.
- Take charge of managing Power Platform environments, data loss prevention policies, and application lifecycle management pipelines.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive environment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions that meet business needs.
- Create impactful Power BI dashboards and reports using complex data modeling and troubleshooting techniques.
- Drive adoption of best practices and governance across business units through effective change management.
- Utilize tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, PowerShell, and Graph API to automate administration tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Strong hands-on skills in:
- Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization
- Power Apps & Automate: Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development
- Power Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing
Bonus Skills
- Experience with ShareGate, Jira, Nintex, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
