About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Analog Design Engineer to join our team at Mulya Technologies in Bangalore. As a key member of our analog design group, you will be responsible for designing high-speed digital circuits and systems.

Job Responsibilities
  • Circuit Design: Design and develop high-speed digital circuits, including DLLs, PLLs, and high-speed custom logic designs.
  • Block-Level Architecture: Define block-level architecture and circuit topologies to meet system specifications.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior designers and support them in problem-solving.
  • .Lib Generation: Support .lib generation and Verilog modeling for block-owned designs and validate with schematics.
  • Layout Guidelines: Create custom layout guidelines and perform post-layout simulations.
  • Documentation: Document and review designs to ensure signoff quality.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in analog circuit design from a reputed product-based company.
  • Experience in dual patterning FinFET design in TSMC 3nm, 5nm, 7nm, 16ffc, Samsung 3/5nm.
  • Experience designing circuits at 10-32 Gbps speeds.
  • Understanding of device basics and physics, including high-speed driver and receiver designs, PLL design, and sub-block design of current mirrors, bandgap references, opamps, and amplifiers.
  • Proved track record of delivering high-speed, high-precision circuits for leading SoC designs.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in VLSI from a reputed university.
