  • Lead Research and Insights: Drive secondary research on public health topics including Maternal and Child health, Immunization, FP, NTDs.
  • Data Management: Manage databases and repositories ensuring regular updates.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data making recommendations for improvement.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Plan, write, edit and review reports, presentations, dashboards and visualizations.
  • Research Tools and Frameworks: Develop and deploy strategic tools and frameworks for conducting research and data collection.
  • Trend Tracking: Track latest developments trends and literature presenting findings succinctly.

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years experience in public health research globally.
  • Masters/MA in Public Health.
  • Excellent consulting research data analysis and writing capabilities.
  • Experience with strategy execution measurement review and adjustment.
  • Strong oral facilitation and written communication skills.
  • Past Experience handling a team.
  • Knowledge of analytical and visualization software such as STATA R Atlas ti Power BI.
  • Ability to conduct literature reviews and systematic reviews.
