Public Relations Expert

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with the public, media, and various institutions.

Our organization is headquartered in Bengaluru, India, with a strong focus on Cyber Security, Forensic Investigation, and Data Centre Solutions.

We are a product development and system integrator company with a major business focus on turn-key projects in Cyber Security, Data Safety, Information Security, and Forensic solutions for various government agencies in India.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Public Relations Expert responsible for managing the organization's communication with the public, media, and institutions/agencies, while supporting policy initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing effective communication strategies to advance agency goals and public understanding.
  • Serving as the main contact for media inquiries, preparing press releases, responding to public and press questions, and monitoring media coverage of agency activities.
  • Representing the organization at institutions, policy makers, civic, and community meetings.
  • Advising management on policy formulation, assessing potential public reactions to proposed actions, and assisting in articulating policy statements.
  • Preparing newsletters, brochures, presentations, social media materials, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducting research, analyzing public opinion and regulatory trends, and preparing impact assessments and recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Organizing outreach activities, educational initiatives, facility tours, public events, and emergency preparedness communications.
