Cloud Technology Expert

The primary goal of this role is to deliver and onboard our software for customers, which encompasses technical discussions, solution design, and project management.

This individual will be accountable for the customer relationship end-to-end, ensuring timely implementation, driving time-to-value, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical challenges so customers can focus on their business. This includes architecting and designing scalable solutions for some of the world's largest enterprises, as well as integrating our software seamlessly into their cloud infrastructure.
  • Drive and/or participate in technical solutions discussions, delving into the details with customer teams.
  • Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end customer operations and work as a consultant to customers in identifying key business challenges and positioning suitable technology solutions.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and relevant technologies in cloud environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in Technical Post Sales.
  • Working experience on Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience working in high-engagement customer-facing roles.
  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are essential for working successfully with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Account management and project management skills.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to apply them in a customer-facing environment.
