Marketing Campaign Specialist

 

As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a vital role in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement co-branded marketing strategies with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Build persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Analyze results and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.

 

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development (experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
