About the Role:
  • System Architecture & Development:
    • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure backend services using Rust.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Integration & APIs:
    • Build and maintain APIs that interface with internal services and external partners.
    • Ensure seamless interoperability and high-quality data flows throughout the system.
  • Security & Reliability:
    • Apply best practices for secure coding and code reviews.
    • Implement testing strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities and maintain system integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features.
    • Communicate challenges and gather feedback to iterate quickly.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Continuously profile and refine code to reduce latency and enhance user experience.
    • Identify potential bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience coding in Rust.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
