Overview


Invesco's Distributor Relationship Specialist role is a vital part of our team's success. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, ensuring they have a detailed understanding of our funds and products. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Key responsibilities include:

Distributor Relationship Management
  • Strengthen existing relationships with channel partners and distributors to grow sales and entrench the Invesco brand.
  • Maintain regular contact with channel partners to sustain and improve relationships.
  • Ensure distributors have a detailed understanding of our funds and products.

Sales Support and Market Intelligence
  • Coordinate with product and research teams to provide support to channel partners.
  • Provide sales support to existing and new relationships, responding to complex customer inquiries.
  • Collect market and competitor intelligence on investment strategies, engagement efforts, and talent, sharing within the organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Well-entrenched and networked in the local AMC market.
  • Strong grasp of investment concepts and products in the asset management industry, including a good understanding of equity and fixed income markets.
  • Effective knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • NISM Series V - Mutual Funds Distributor Module certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with confidence.
