Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage AI project lifecycle from inception to rollout within ABAP tools, ensuring timely execution and adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Train and fine-tune large language models to address the specific needs of the ABAP language and programming models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Analyze and preprocess large datasets to prepare them for modeling.
  • Conduct experiments and performance evaluations of AI models.
  • Document development processes and create technical specifications.
  • Empower developers by seamlessly integrating AI technology into their workflows, equipping them with advanced tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and output quality.
  • Share your knowledge and educate developers to harness AI technology for business application development.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI and machine learning.

Requirements:

  • Applicants should have a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and possess relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AI innovations like natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLM), or traditional ML/AI model training with a proven track record of driving the successful launch and market adoption of AI solutions.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming language is necessary. Candidates are expected to understand ABAP development principles, SAP systems, and programming models.
  • Experience/knowledge in the full life cycle of software development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment, and knowledge of agile software development processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial. Showcasing programming skills and problem-solving abilities through personal or academic projects is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, emphasizing the ability to work well in global and cross-cultural teams. Fluency in English is a must for this role.
