Production Management Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily manufacturing operations, maintaining equipment and processes, and providing a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily production activities in the assigned area.
- Maintain and refine equipment and processes within the area.
- Provide support and emphasis on safety and quality commitments.
- Utilize resources and raw materials efficiently.
- Identify and prioritize resource needs to meet operational plans and budgetary commitments.
- Facilitate and verify training for employees in the area.
- Ensure compliance with GMP rules, product documentation, specifications, SOPs, and FDA requirements.
- Commit to employee feedback and developmental process.
- Submit and maintain reports related to attendance, labor, efficiency, safety, scrap, and others.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of quality standards and regulations. They will also have experience in managing teams, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
