About the Role

This is a critical position that plays a vital role in ensuring that our internal processes align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

As Business Advisory Manager, you will lead risk analysis across various business functions including Supply Chain, Marketing, Seller and customer experience, technology etc. to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

  • Risk Analysis: Lead and perform risk analysis across business functions.
  • Process Efficiency: Create efficiency in processes and ensure business impacts.
  • Internal Audit and ERM Framework: Assist in building and executing internal audit and ERM framework.
  • Risk Management: Partner with functional heads to maintain risk register and support mitigation plans.
  • Emerging Risks: Monitor emerging risks, especially in areas such as data privacy, cyber security, ESG and regulatory Compliance.
  • Liaison Role: Liaise with external auditors, legal and compliance, as needed.
Key Responsibilities

The following are some of the key responsibilities for this role:

  • Lead Risk Analysis: Provide leadership on risk analysis across business functions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency.
  • ERM Framework: Assist in building and executing ERM framework.
  • Risk Register: Maintain risk register and support mitigation plans.
  • Cyber Security: Monitor emerging risks, especially in areas such as data privacy and cyber security.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance.
  • Business Acumen: Strong first principles thinking and business understanding.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative and Motivation: Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player.
