Job Title: Mobile Application Testing Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing, including debugging with Charles Proxy and ADB commands.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of leading a QA team, and experienced in setting up and managing QA processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Perform mobile application testing (Android & iOS) with expertise in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and debugging tools.
- Set up and optimize QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for mobile app testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, debug, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA reports to ensure high-quality releases.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and team efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting for defects, test results, and process compliance.
- 7–9 years of total experience with at least 2–3 years as a Test Lead/Team Lead.
- Strong hands-on experience in mobile application testing (manual and debugging).
- Proficiency in Charles Proxy, ADB commands, and mobile debugging tools.
- Experience in setting up QA processes and strategies for mobile application testing.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and release cycles.
