Test Automation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Test Automation Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing and executing automated tests for mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms using tools like Appium and Selenium.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with developers, QA and product teams to identify defects, track issues and ensure timely resolution.
The key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing and executing automated tests for mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.
- Maintaining and enhancing mobile test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCTest).
- Working collaboratively with developers, QA and product teams to identify defects, track issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Performing functional, regression, performance and security testing for mobile apps.
- Analyzing test outcomes, preparing detailed bug reports and communicating findings clearly to technical teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in mobile app automated testing and scripting with Appium, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit or similar platforms.
- Sound knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
