Offline Marketing Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to spearhead our on-ground marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance tracking of offline initiatives such as open houses, orientations, community events, and activations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
    • Identify key channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
    • Create quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
  • Event Management & Execution
    • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as open houses, school orientations, community outreach programs, interschool competitions, workshops, fairs, kiosks, roadshows, and external education events.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
    • Identify and onboard relevant vendors, agencies, and community partners.
    • Handle negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with admissions, creative/content teams, and digital marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective campaign execution.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Budget Management
    • Own the marketing budget; ensure judicious use of resources.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising effectiveness.
