Job Title

A highly experienced and dynamic Network Team Lead is required to lead a team of network engineers in designing, implementing and maintaining Cloud Network Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Architect and design the equipment needed to provide Cloud Network Infrastructure, including physical and SDN network framework.
  2. Ensure high availability, flexibility and network performance, and maintain SLAs.
  3. Maintain and update infrastructure documentation, and collaborate with clients and team members on day-to-day changes, incidents and requests.
  4. Oversee a team of Network Engineers, provide technical guidance and evaluate team member performance.
  5. Proactively monitor and analyze key performance and capacity metrics, and assess risks and business impact.
  6. Prepare and deliver solution presentations and technical proposals related to cloud network infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • At least 6-8 years of experience designing, implementing and maintaining DataCenter networks, L2/L3 technologies, Cisco/Juniper routers, switches and wireless, Cisco/Juniper/Fortigate firewalls, Load balancer etc.
  • Strong fundamentals and understanding of WAN & Routing technologies, Security technologies, Switching technologies, Network monitoring Protocols & Tools, and Good Knowledge of SDN Technologies.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, project management and completion of complex network tasks, motivated individual who is a self-starter, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Experience in handling a team of minimum 4 people in the above role.
