Roles and Responsibilities

As a key member of the National Payments Corporation of India team, the Executive Assistant to CTO will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Technology Officer in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CTO's calendar and prioritize appointments to align with strategic goals, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including research and analysis, project management, and effective communication to drive results.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials to support strategic decision-making, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks that may impact the CTO's objectives, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects and initiatives, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Monitor and manage the CTO's email and other communications to ensure timely and effective responses, maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Prepare and review financial reports and other documentation to support decision-making, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itinerary planning and logistics, to maximize productivity and minimize disruption.
  • Attend meetings with the CTO and other stakeholders, providing insightful and strategic input as required, and maintaining a positive attitude and passion for driving innovation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times, handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully executing strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for driving innovation.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
