Job Title: Data Analyst - Power BI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst to join our team at Technoright. As a key member of our analytics department, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our library of reports and performance dashboards.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to analyze and represent data, communicating complex stories with data through robust and scalable solutions that drive data insights.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting requirements.
  • Establish standard processes in dashboard design, data modeling, and workflow.
  • Engineer datasets and reports in Power BI to showcase crucial metrics derived from Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Architect and implement robust ETL frameworks tailored for data warehousing.
  • Design and ensure seamless data flow, integrity, and accessibility to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Monitor the performance of BI reports and dashboards.
  • Create reports and dashboards using BI tools such as MS Power BI, MS Report Builder, and web-based tools.
  • Partner with our engineering team to drive standard practices and enhance our data infrastructure.
  • Work with data governance stewards to ensure compliance with data quality and security standards.
  • Run and maintain executive and departmental reporting.
  • Maintain documentation related to data definitions, business rules, and report specifications.
  • Provide training to end-users on using BI tools and interpreting reports.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience developing and training BI tool standard processes among analysts and end-users.
  • High-level SQL proficiency.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • A passion for full-stack data modeling and owning the end-to-end process ensuring data quality with a focus on back-end data modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
