Job Summary

This high-impact role ensures that manufactured products comply with customer quality requirements, operating procedures, and other applicable regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Testing work cell to ensure that all manufactured products are tested and validated following Quality standards without defects.
  • Plan and perform routine testing of customized products following relevant IEC and IS standards, customer requirements, and Defect-Free Product guidelines.
  • Provide necessary training input to workmen related to existing and new products to ensure maximum quality output.
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues arising during routine product testing.
  • Collaborate with Process and MFG Engineering teams for tools, fixtures, and testing equipment required during testing.
  • Ensure timely delivery commitments and coordinate testing activities with other teams.
The Essential Requirements
  • A minimum of 15 to 18 years working experience in Electrical Product Testing, Validation, and Production principles.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cross-functional understanding, leadership experience, and PLC programming skills.
  • Possess a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Electronics, Low-voltage electrician's license, Lean-Six Sigma background, and Project management experience.
