About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Knowledge Analyst to join our Energy Practice Area in India. As a Lead Knowledge Analyst, you will be a part of our India Knowledge Team, working closely with Energy PA Leadership to drive the development of intellectual property and knowledge assets that support our Oil & Gas topic.

Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with case and proposal teams to provide industry and functional expertise, working closely with topic/sector teams to collect, disseminate, and commercialize BCG's intellectual property, and driving the development of proprietary knowledge for the Firm.

As an LKA, you will also serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. You will be responsible for providing research, topic input, and data analysis to support client proposals and line manage a team of junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with case and proposal teams to provide industry and functional expertise
  • Work with topic/sector teams to collect, disseminate, and commercialize BCG's intellectual property
  • Drive the development of proprietary knowledge for the Firm
  • Provide research, topic input, and data analysis to support client proposals
  • Line manage a team of junior colleagues
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require 4+ years of consulting experience in a relevant Energy topic or 6-10+ years of industry experience. A Master's degree or equivalent in business administration or business management with an energy background is also required.

You will need to possess excellent analytical and conceptual rigor, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Additionally, you will need to be a team player with the ability to work with different seniority levels from different regions.
