Job Title: Linguistic Data Specialist

Role Description:

Raters for GenAI Data work closely with GEN AI researchers and engineers to understand data collection/evaluation requirements. They translate high-level requirements into detailed workflows, communicate them to larger teams, and implement efficient data collection and evaluation workflows with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize data throughput while maintaining high quality.
  • Evaluate content thoroughly and provide detailed feedback to ensure high quality and informativeness.
  • Fact-check and verify accuracy (precision and recall) of content, ensuring factual integrity and mitigating the risk of misinformation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or Bilingual Proficiency in reading and writing Hindi is required.
  • Graduate degree with distinction, demonstrating deep cultural knowledge, from a top-tier US or international university.
