Our Team Lead Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • We monitor production trading systems, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents promptly.
  • We develop back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research and optimization.
  • We ensure all code adheres to strict security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills:

  • We possess strong experience in team handling and leadership.
  • We have proficiency in C++, C# programming languages.
  • We are skilled in integrating third-party APIs (market data feeds, FIX protocol).
  • We understand the principles of designing low-latency and high-throughput systems.
  • We are familiar with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • We can quickly troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Experience:
