Job Title: Technical Program Manager for Industrial Projects and Data Center Domains.

As a Technical Program Manager for industrial projects and data center domains, you will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs from initiation to delivery.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Your expertise in master planning, concept layout preparation, working drawings, and construction drawings will be essential in driving successful outcomes.

Awareness of 3D platforms like Revit 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, and Twinmotion is required. You must have a B.Arch degree from a recognized university and be registered with the COA.

Key responsibilities include master plan and layout preparation at plot plan level, architectural designs, schematic/statutory/working drawings, and 2D/3D presentations. Additionally, you will conceptualize facade & fenestration, interiors, sanitation, and plumbing, detail engineering, walkthroughs, and presentations.

Conceptualization of various options meeting the Uptime Institutes Tier standard is also a requirement. You will lead a team of Revit modelers in developing BIM models meeting LOD 100 to 400 requirements.

Reviewing the model, ensuring quality control on the model, guiding the modelers in extracting layouts from the 3D model, and preparing site works tender specifications and bill of material are key tasks.

Procurement assistance, providing technical clarifications, participating pre-bid/post-bid meetings, and technical bid analysis are also part of your role.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in industrial projects and data center domains.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.
  • Expertise in master planning, concept layout preparation, working drawings, and construction drawings.
  • Awareness of 3D platforms like Revit 3D, SketchUp, Lumion, and Twinmotion.
