Job Opportunity: Red Teaming Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled and creative professionals to join our team as Red Teaming Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who can think critically and creatively, working at the forefront of AI security.

As a Red Teaming Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and address vulnerabilities in generative AI models. You will work closely with language specialists, team leads, and data scientists to produce high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, and red teaming concepts. They will also possess excellent writing skills, strong grammar, syntax, and semantics knowledge, and the ability to adapt to different voices and points of view.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training plans on AI/ML, LLMs, and red teaming concepts
  • Design and implement clever prompts to bypass filters and guardrails on LLMs
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Assist data scientists in conducting automated model attacks
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving capabilities and vulnerabilities of LLMs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, or associates degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or high school degree with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Ability to adopt different voices and points of view
  • Creative thinking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Well-honed internet research skills
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse teams
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with ease
