Key Leadership Role

We are seeking visionary leaders to join our senior leadership team as key players in India's electronics manufacturing ecosystem.

Our mission is to build globally competitive supply chains with strategic partnerships across China and Southeast Asia.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Market Identification: Identify and target Indian OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in consumer electronics, appliances, lighting, EVs, and IoT sectors.
  • Contract Development: Develop a pipeline of job contracts for SMT, FATP (Final Assembly, Testing & Packing), and plastics (injection moulding).
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with procurement heads and program managers of OEMs.
  • Pricing and Negotiation: Own pricing, quotation preparation, and commercial negotiation for contract manufacturing.
  • Contribution Margin Optimization: Optimize contribution margins and ensure competitiveness in job contracts.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with operations, NPI, and QA to ensure customer requirements are translated into production.
  • Sample Quality Assurance: Ensure first-time-right samples and smooth onboarding of new job contracts.
  • Demand Analysis: Track demand trends and import substitution opportunities in India.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify new application areas for SMT/FATP capacity (e.g., networking devices, EV controllers, small appliances).
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversion rates, margins, and line utilization.
