  • Establish technology roadmaps and guidelines to inform decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of relevant technical developments and innovations, managing technological change effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to firm-wide technology standards, promoting consistency and quality.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, developing people and coordinating resources within your Portfolio.

You will work closely with stakeholders across architecture, security, risk, and other COEs to ensure the Portfolio's adherence to relevant technology standards and guidelines. Additionally, you will take a long-term view on adherence to standards and tools, utilizing them to drive success within your Portfolio.
